1. RUNNER (KLANG VALLEY)
- We offer runner service direct from our warehouse to your home within 5 days after purchase.
- Standard charge is RM25 throughout the Klang Valley area.
- We will contact you after the arrangement of the delivery has been made.
2. LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
- We deliver through PosLaju/ J&T
- Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
- Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process.
- Tracking numbers are emailed (Check Junk/Spam) once posted.
- All orders will be posted within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) via PosLaju / J&T and a tracking number will be emailed to you once it is made available.
- Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in PosLaju’s / J&T’s tracking system.
- If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving the tracking number ( Peninsular Malaysia) and 21 days (East Malaysia) via email from us, please contact portmeirionasia@gmail.com.

- We offer international shipping via your chosen delivery carrier at checkout.
